How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed an order it is not possible to alter any details as we pride ourselves on providing having a speedy turnaround time.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received a product that was not up to standards. Please send us an email with your order number, the product name, and any further details.
Do you have sizing information?
We have added a size chart link to every product in the product detail page. Please reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. If you need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us via email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
