Shipping Costs

 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Once items are added to your cart,  proceed to the Checkout page where you will be presented with shipping choices and their prices.

 

Shipping and Handling

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of USPS Express Mail which ships within 1 business day. 

 

US Orders:

1. USPS Priority Mail: 1 business day to process + 3-5 business days for shipping 

2. USPS Priority Express 1 business day to process + 1 business day for shipping


 

Tracking number will be provided via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

return & exchange policy

Luxe Allure’s primary goal is an outstanding shopping experience every time you shop with us. 

 

We understand you may need to return an item.  Returns must meet the following requirements:

 

Returns must be made within 7 business days of delivery and requires the following process:

  1. Notification email sent to info@luxeallureswim.com within 7 business days of delivery

  2. Completed return form included within the package

  3. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of delivery

  4. Refund will NOT be issued without hygienic liner and tags attached 

  5. We will not accept items that have been worn, altered, soiled, washed, or damaged

  6. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees

  7. Refund will be issued as a store credit or in the same form of payment as purchase

 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days,

 

We will not be able to accommodate exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size needed at the time of the return.

 

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
